By downloading, activating, subscribing to, or using Cobrax, you (“you”, “the user”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Cobrax is an automation tool that assists users in interacting with third-party visa-appointment portals — including monitoring availability and assisting with challenge-response and booking steps. Cobrax is a utility that acts on your instruction and under your control. It does not offer legal, immigration, or travel advice, and it does not issue, guarantee, or influence any decision of any authority or service provider.
Cobrax is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by, or connected to any government, ministry, embassy, consulate, visa application centre, or any third-party company or service, and no such relationship is implied. All third-party names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used, if at all, only for descriptive purposes.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Cobrax on a single device for the duration of your subscription. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, rent, share, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service, or circumvent its licensing or security mechanisms.
You are solely responsible for how you use Cobrax and for all activity carried out through your licence. You agree that you will:

Appointment availability is determined solely by third parties and is outside our control. We make no representation or guarantee that any appointment, date, time, or outcome will be obtained. Fees are for access to the tool, not for any guaranteed result.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL COBRAX, ITS OWNER(S), OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, OPPORTUNITIES, APPOINTMENTS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any and all claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to us for the Service in the one (1) month preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Access is sold on a subscription basis at the fees displayed at the time of purchase. Fees are stated in USD unless otherwise indicated and are exclusive of any taxes that may apply. Your access is valid for the paid period and does not renew automatically unless expressly stated at purchase.
Except where a non-waivable right applies under applicable law, all fees are non-refundable, including where you are unable to obtain an appointment, where a third party blocks access, or where you stop using the Service. See our Refund Policy for details.
We may suspend or terminate your licence at any time, without refund, if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. Upon termination your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Cobrax, including its software, design, and content, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted to you except the limited licence described above.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, and we may update these Terms, at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of [City], Morocco, unless the parties agree in writing to resolve it by arbitration.
